QA Engineer - Aerospace

In-Person role with a well-established and growing aerospace manufacturer known for stability and a team-oriented culture.

About the role

Help lead the quality management system into its next stage of growth by developing procedures, auditing processes, and driving measurable improvements in compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality procedures aligned with customer requirements and process specifications
• Build and maintain sampling plans using recognized statistical methods
• Lead internal audits to prepare the team for external certification reviews
• Support the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap standards
• Review engineering drawings to identify key characteristics and critical items
• Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data to drive measurable improvements
• Monitor, test, and inspect products to confirm they meet all specified standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a similar quality role, preferably within aerospace or defense manufacturing
• Experience working within ISO quality management standards, AS9100 or Nadcap strongly preferred
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance if required
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by federal export control regulations

Pay

$75,000 - $125,000 /yr + Bonus
