Position Summary
The QA Document Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining quality documentation systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting Quality Assurance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review finished goods work orders for accuracy and completeness
- Review batch records, deviations, reprocessing approvals, and document revisions
- Verify test results and QA documentation to ensure compliance with specifications
- Serve as the liaison between the Lake Forest facility and off-site document storage providers
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Perform additional document control and quality assurance duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Document Control, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, GLP, and regulated documentation practices
- Strong organizational and record management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetics, or food industries is a plus
