QA Document & Artwork Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a QA Document & Artwork Coordinator to join our team at our Moorestown, NJ tea manufacturing facility.

This position plays a key role in maintaining quality, food safety, supplier, and packaging documentation while supporting packaging artwork proofing, regulatory compliance, customer communications, and cross-functional Quality Assurance and R&D initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about supporting quality excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control quality and food safety documentation related to raw materials, packaging, and suppliers
• Update and manage supplier qualification records, including specifications, certifications, audit reports, and regulatory documentation
• Monitor and fulfill customer documentation requests through applicable portals
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to collect and validate required information
• Serve as a resource during internal and external audits
• Support administration of the kosher program, including maintaining documentation and coordinating approvals with certifying bodies
• Assist with packaging artwork proofing and development of product data sheets in alignment with regulatory requirements
• Gather artwork die lines and necessary supporting data
• Review and proof packaging artwork for compliance with FDA labeling guidelines
• Oversee packaging accuracy for New Jersey and Georgia facilities
• Complete printer specification documentation and coordinate with printers and customers as needed

Requirements

This is a full-time, onsite position based out of our Moorestown, NJ facility.

The anticipated compensation for this position is $25.00 to $32.95 per hour.

An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in packaging, documentation control, or regulatory compliance
• Prior experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with food safety and audit programs (e.g., QAI Organic, BRC/SQF, Rainforest Alliance, Non-GMO) and preventive control systems such as HACCP and HARPC preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems preferred
