QA Automation Tester

About the role

Serve as the primary QA Tester for a critical internal retail application (mobile front end and backend web testing). Must be onsite in Grand Rapids, MI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end test activities for larger teams/projects.
• Evaluate, identify, and solution automation opportunities within the application.
• Execute both automated and manual testing efforts, with a focus on automation.
• Work closely with multiple product teams in an enterprise environment.
• Ensure adherence to strong QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Provide senior-level expertise in solutioning and implementing automation strategies.

Skills / Requirements

• Utilize tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, Appium (mobile testing), and Digital AI.
