QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca for Web and Desktop applications.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Tosca API modules to validate backend services.
• Handle Tosca DEX configurations and executions.
• Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design test cases.
• Ensure thorough test coverage by integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Understand user stories and design test scenarios and test cases.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient testing scenarios.
• Perform manual and automated functional testing.
• Schedule and facilitate solution walkthroughs.
• Provide progress status to the team lead or scrum master.
• Work in a co-located Agile team.

Requirements

• Functional Testing knowledge.
• Experience with Test Management Tools (e.g., Jira, qTest).
• Knowledge of Defect Management.
• Proficiency in Tosca for test automation.
• Experience with Tosca DI.

Pay

$90,000 - $115,000 a year
