About the role

The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure software quality and meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using various tools and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and design tests accordingly
• Execute automated tests and track defects through the testing lifecycle
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and automation opportunities
• Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA Automation
• Experience with REST & SOAP APIs and API validation tools like Postman
• Experience with JIRA and Splunk for issue tracking and monitoring
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and automation
• Strong understanding of API testing principles and best practices

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and other automation tools
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
