INCOG BioPharma Services is seeking a QA Associate for 3rd Shift.
About the role
The QA Associate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services through testing, inspection, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conducting tests and inspections on product batches
- Documenting results and findings in accordance with company procedures
- Identifying and reporting deviations from established standards
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Chemistry, Engineering)
- At least 2 years of experience in a QA/QC role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Experience with quality control software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of pharmaceuticals and/or biotechnology

Pay
Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually
