QA Analyst Lead

About the role

QA Analyst Lead responsible for web and manual testing, creating test cases and use cases, and developing standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness. Must follow systematic working practices including the use of a reporting system such as Bugzilla and demonstrate strong multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check quality on a timely basis
• Ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and issue tracking
• Perform quality audits to ensure quality standards and procedures are being followed by the QA team
• Motivate the team for achieving continuous improvement
