QA Analyst L2
About the role
The role of Privacy Compliance QA Analyst supports testing initiatives focused on consent management, data privacy controls, regulatory compliance validation, and overall website quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies for web-based applications
- Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Validate data integrity, accuracy, and handling of sensitive or personal information
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Test privacy-related systems, including consent management platforms and data subject rights workflows
- Use QA tools and defect tracking systems
- Use SQL and data validation techniques
- Support compliance audits or regulatory readiness initiatives
- Identify compliance risks, testing gaps, and process improvement opportunities
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Business, and IT teams
- Solve problems and recommend risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or compliance-related testing roles
- Experience with privacy and compliance regulations, including CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, AADC, ADA, or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle, defect management, and QA best practices
- Experience with QA tools and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with QA tools and defect tracking systems
- Experience with SQL and data validation techniques
- Knowledge of data governance, risk management, or information security practices
- Exposure to privacy management solutions such as OneTrust or similar platforms
- Experience supporting compliance audits or regulatory readiness initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently while collaborating within cross-functional teams

Onsite 4 days per week
