About The Role The QA Tester at Neumo will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive testing and documentation. The individual will be responsible for generating detailed test documentation, performing end-to-end testing, and building automated test cases to streamline testing processes. This role requires a proactive approach to translating business requirements into technical specifications, identifying potential risks, and collaborating with engineering teams to develop effective testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in a QA function, with a proven track record of executing testing scenarios, analyzing results, and managing defect resolution. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines. The QA Tester will also support product training, troubleshooting, and technical escalations, contributing to the overall quality assurance lifecycle and ensuring solutions meet high standards of functionality, performance, and security.
