QA Analyst

About the role

Act as a technical expert and information resource for assigned areas. Lead and perform tests to ensure IT systems, products, and services meet standards. Collaborate closely with application development teams on development, operations, and security. Lead change control processes to ensure zero-defect software development. Create complex test data and document findings and reports. Recommend and implement new and improved QA practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform tests to ensure IT systems, products, and services meet standards

• Recommend and implement new and improved QA practices and procedures
• Write and execute test scenarios and test cases in DevOps
• Report bugs in DevOps
• Script and execute test cases with automation tools like UFT One

Requirements

• Proven QA testing experience
• Experience writing and executing test scenarios and test cases in DevOps
• Proficiency in reporting bugs in DevOps
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience scripting and executing test cases with automation tools like UFT One
• Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle and Salesforce platform
