QA Analyst

Working with a leading global technology staffing and services company, we're seeking a skilled professional to join a dynamic team supporting a key client in the identity and access management space. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge tools and contribute to robust security processes for a major enterprise. The Role Provide support and analysis for applications within Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams Assist in reviewing mitigating controls and gathering business requirements Conduct QA testing for IAM processes, configurations, and application onboarding Support IT Risk and Compliance, identifying areas of concern or risk Serve as a liaison between engineers and business stakeholders regarding IAM processes Create reports and analysis of trends in IAM platforms to mitigate audit findings What You'll Need Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and processes Proven experience with SailPoint (e.g., IIQ, ISC) for governance, workflows, and core IAM concepts Solid background in Quality Assurance (QA) and testing, including test script execution and validation Ability to work independently with business stakeholders to define IAM use cases Understanding of governance/compliance, including working with auditors and supporting certifications Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) is a plus What's On Offer Opportunity for a long-term contract with potential for conversion to a full-time employee Competitive hourly rate for skilled professionals Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more Remote work flexibility with a preference for candidates in the Dallas-Fort Worth area Apply via Haystack today!
