Python Developer (Remote)

Remote contract role for a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend services in Go, Python, and TypeScript to meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices in software engineering.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across distributed systems and microservices.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Go, Python, and TypeScript with prior experience in backend development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
