About the role

Cognitive Linguist will be responsible for building and maintaining machine learning models to identify end user intent for a multi-channel Virtual Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Understand the intent portfolio for NLU across domains
• Solid design documentation skills using UML
• Understanding and usage of DevOps processes for the build and deployment.
• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Agile Project Process Knowledge.
• A positive attitude, excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop, review and comment on written technical documentation.
• Process oriented and detailed oriented.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced project environment.

Skills

Experience with conversational interfaces and natural language processing.

Pay

Salary Range- $95,000-$105,000 a year
