Mandatory Skills
- Python

- Frontend development using a popular framework such as Svelte, Angular, React, or Next.js
- CI/CD, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and modern, responsive front-end applications.
- Build and manage data layers using relational and NoSQL databases.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and orchestration workflows.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and fellow developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Be available and responsive during Austin business hours to align with the broader team.
Skill Requirements
- Python – strong, hands-on development experience.
- Databases – RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and/or MongoDB.
- Frontend – proficiency in at least one popular framework: Svelte, Angular, React, or Next.js.
- CI/CD & DevOps – Docker containerization and Kubernetes (k8s) orchestration.
