Python Developer

Genesis10 is seeking a Python Developer for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution in Addison, TX and Charlotte, NC.

About the Role

We are looking for a Python Developer responsible for building and maintaining document capture applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering with experience in building Machine Learning Models and DevOps processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy enterprise applications for document management processes, including OCR and Deep Learning
• Implement Logging, Caching, Transaction Management, Multi-Threading/Concurrency, Performance Tuning, and Monitoring aspects of applications
• Create and maintain solid design documentation using UML
• Utilize DevOps processes for build and deployment
• Perform analysis and troubleshooting
• Develop, review, and comment on written technical documentation
• Work in an Agile project environment
• Meet deliverable dates for task assignments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a developer in Python technologies, including Machine Learning
• Experience in building and deploying enterprise applications for document management processes
• Solid experience in Logging, Caching, Transaction Management, Multi-Threading/Concurrency, Performance Tuning, and Monitoring
• Strong design documentation skills using UML
• Understanding and usage of DevOps processes
• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Agile project processes
• Positive attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Process-oriented and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced project environment
• Willingness to be accountable for deliverables
• Knowledge of banking industry processes

Pay

$58.26 - $66.26 per hour
