Python Developer

As a Python Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy Python-based applications and systems that meet client requirements and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with software architects, designers, and other developers to implement solutions aligned with project goals.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python development and related technologies.
• Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements, provide guidance, and offer innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate software development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience developing production applications with Python.
• Professional programming experience with at least one of the following: Java, C#, or .NET.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and design patterns.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies.
• Experience integrating AI models, APIs, or AI services into software applications.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience working in cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with streaming platforms and data engineering such as Databricks or Apache Spark.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or other LLM platforms.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, Weaviate, Milvus, or pgvector.
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, evaluation, and AI model orchestration.
• Experience developing or integrating AI agents/agentic applications.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Experience with data engineering technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Databricks, or Snowflake.
