Responsibilities
- Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
- Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python Programming Language.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle NoSQL Database.
- Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, Engineering Support, MongoDB, and React.js.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Schedule
Role requires client mandated time away 5 days per quarter and 60% onsite client work (3 days per week).
