PWM Private Banking Analyst

About the role

Private Wealth Management (PWM) Analysts have shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for PWM Private Banking. This position focuses on honing the technical aspects of a given specialty area and developing the superior client-facing skills needed to become an Associate Advisor. On-the-job training will cover the technical aspects of Private Banking.

Responsibilities

• Create prospecting strategies and research, pipeline management, and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with Private Bankers to provide in-depth analysis of client financial statements using appropriate financial planning analyses, tools, and materials to recommend strategies to prospects and clients.
• Support the retention, development, and growth of high net worth relationships.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to assist in the growth of existing client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Up to three years of related experience.
• NMLS registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong client-facing skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data, and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.
• Well-developed analytical skills.

Skills

• Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus.

Pay

$81,515.00 - $95,900.00
