PW Maintenance - Seasonal

Essential Duties

• mowing
• painting curbs & sign posts
• litter pick up & disposal
• other cleaning
• inventory
• weeding
• manual labor including lifting & moving heavy materials occasionally

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (ability to read and write the English language)
• Minimum age to apply is 18 due to insurance requirements
• A valid driver's license & clear driving record
• Ability to use or learn to use a wide variety of tools and equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with limited supervision
• Regular and predictable attendance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and other unpleasant outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Able to have repetitive motion of the hands, wrists, arms
• Able to twist, squat, kneel, bend, stand for long periods of time, and jog a short distance
