Pursuits Specialist
About the role
The Pursuits Specialist provides critical support for the project procurement process and pursuit of new business. Daily responsibilities include developing and submitting multidisciplinary and collaborative proposals to a wide range of private and public sector clients. Coordinates proposal response and team assignments; supports proposal development and writing; writes and edits proposal narratives; and serves as proposal liaison to all Market Sector groups.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing or Construction related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five (5) years of previous experience, minimum of two (2) years of which should be specifically with proposal and presentation development related responsibilities.
- Must have a demonstrated high level of experience and understanding of private + public sector proposal process.
- Strong technical writing, editing and proof-reading experience.
- Expert organizational and time management skills to coordinate projects and people, prioritize and track multiple projects simultaneously, and meet critical deadlines.
- Expert skill level + experience using MS office suite, various graphics and presentation programs (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong ability to write creatively and to appeal appropriately to each audience with each message.
- Strong understanding of A / E / C industry, its dynamics and touchpoints.
- Related certifications a plus (APMP and / or LEED accredited).

Benefits
Base salary (or hourly) range for this position is $80,000.00 - $105,000.00. Pay
The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is $80,000.00 - $105,000.00.
