Responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders
- Resolve purchasing issues
- Support internal teams throughout the procurement process
- Aid in supplier onboarding
- Maintain purchasing records and metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
- Provide administrative support for procurement projects and daily operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
- Experience with ERP systems; Oracle experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Pay
$25-$30/hr DOE
