Purchasing Storeroom Attendant | Full Time

Responsibilities

• Ordering from Food Distributors
• Create, maintain, and update internal order sheets
• Maintain inventory sheet counts
• Update inventory sheets as product is added or removed
• Receive product as part of dual controls from vendors as it is delivered
• Pull packing slips from all deliveries
• Internal delivery of food items as requested by outlets
• Receive invoices through internal procurement system

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must possess and maintain a valid Utah Driver's License
• Must have physical stamina to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Prior Hotel or F&B experience preferred
• Customer Service and Food service knowledge preferred
