- Leadership opportunity overseeing and developing a team of Purchasing Coordinators

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Purchasing Coordinators
- Oversee daily purchasing operations across multiple locations
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Negotiate vendor contracts, pricing agreements, rebates, and incentive programs
- Consolidate purchasing activity across regions and business units
- Evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, service, and availability
- Source and approve new vendors while identifying alternative procurement solutions
- Implement purchasing controls, supplier metrics, and standardized workflows
- Improve purchasing visibility and eliminate operational bottlenecks
- Manage purchase orders and material tracking through the ERP system
- Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management experience
- 3+ years managing procurement across multiple business units or geographic locations
- Proven success negotiating contracts that resulted in measurable cost savings
- Experience leading centralized purchasing functions supporting decentralized operations
- Strong background in supplier management, procurement controls, and process improvement
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities
