Purchasing Manager, Supplier Management

About the role

We are seeking a Purchasing Manager for Supplier Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate supplier onboarding requests, ensuring completeness and justification
• Manage procurement intake workflow for new suppliers, guiding requesters through the process
• Administer Oracle Supplier Portal registration, monitoring status and completion
• Lead activities for current-supplier portal enablement and troubleshooting registration issues
• Maintain procurement-owned supplier data and oversee data quality improvements
• Support purchase requisition and procurement inbox inquiries while resolving PO-related challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or similar; equivalent experience considered
• Five or more years in procurement operations, supplier management, or related fields
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems, particularly Oracle
• Strong attention to detail for data quality management and process compliance
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data trend analysis

Pay

$103,300 – $134,400 annually
