About the role
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to manage purchasing operations for their food team at HMH JFK University Medical Center in Edison, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all purchasing, procurement, and inventories for the food service department.
- Assist in managing pricing structure to meet food cost goals.
- Analyze procurement and financial data.
