Sodexo is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to manage purchasing operations for their food team at HMH JFK University Medical Center in Edison, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all purchasing, procurement, and inventories for the food service department.
• Assist in managing pricing structure to meet food cost goals.
