What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of buyers and planners
- Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery
- Negotiate contracts and lead sourcing strategy
- Support new product launches and supplier readiness
- Improve inventory performance and operational efficiency
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance
- Lead cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee purchasing operations within our ERP
What You Bring
- 10+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in manufacturing
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, or JIT principles
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in agricultural or industrial equipment
- Experience supporting new product launches or transformation initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications are a plus
