About the role

The Purchasing Department Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the purchasing team with administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with procurement processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records
  • Process purchase orders and invoices
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Support the purchasing team with data entry and report generation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to purchasing activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications
