About the role
The Purchasing Department Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the purchasing team with administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Support the purchasing team with data entry and report generation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to purchasing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Experience in a similar administrative role
