About the role
This position will perform administrative and clerical duties for the department and will play a vital role in the innovation, growth, and cost-savings of the company.Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Manage inventory levels and maintain records
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Support departmental initiatives related to cost savings and innovation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar administrative role preferred
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
