About the role
This is a full-time, administrative support role that works directly with our Purchasing Manager to keep the purchasing function running smoothly. This is not a field or procurement strategy role — it is an office-based position centered on data accuracy, document management, and system organization within Buildertrend and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in keeping job budgets, purchase orders, vendor pricing, and purchasing documentation current and accurate across our active project portfolio.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working within established processes
- Confident in managing a high volume of administrative tasks with minimal oversight
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
