About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Purchasing Assistant – Crypto Investment to support our procurement and digital asset operations.
Responsibilities
- Aid with purchasing equipment, software, and operational supplies.
- Research vendors, compare pricing, and prepare purchase recommendations.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and transaction reports.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile expenses.
- Track digital asset wallets and maintain transaction documentation.
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, deliveries, and order status.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and financial procedures.
- Support executives with administrative purchasing tasks and investment documentation.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, administrative support, or accounting.
- A basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage confidential financial information with discretion.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with purchasing or ERP software.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency wallets and digital payment platforms.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or financial reporting.
- A strong attention to detail and time management.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
