Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, installers, landscapers, and designers to deliver high-quality homes.
• Manage the homebuilding process from start to finish using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Digitize the entire home building process to build homes 8x faster than other homebuilders.
• Ensure seamless communication and project management to minimize project delays and improve customer satisfaction.
• Address procurement and sourcing mistakes, insurance and permitting dependencies, and other industry issues.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to challenges faced in the construction industry.
• Work closely with the talent development team to enhance employee wellness programs and support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, real estate, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of homebuilding processes and industry standards.
• Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Passion for improving the homebuilding industry and making a positive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the construction, real estate, or related industries.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of homebuilding regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
