Responsibilities

• Manage weekly order reports and convert requisitions into purchase orders
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely delivery of goods
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and favorable terms with suppliers
• Prepare purchase orders and bid proposals for goods and services
• Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, ideally with SAP knowledge
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Structured and thorough approach to time and task management
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overnight
