Responsibilities

• Obtain and negotiate cost-effective bids and unit pricing from suppliers with consideration to quality, reliability, and urgency of need.
• Analyze purchases of goods and services for opportunities to leverage spend, reduce inventories, and lower total acquisition and ownership costs.
• Support team with credit card purchases for items that are more cost effective online or unavailable through vendors.
• Upload all supporting documentation to SharePoint and submit required documentation to AMEX.
• Provide tracking information.
• Construction – Home Depot: Process payments over the phone; upload receipts to SharePoint; update PO totals in Sage; make necessary updates in the Home Depot portal.
• Service – Home Depot: Process payments over the phone; forward invoices to the service team for fulfillment; make necessary updates in the Home Depot portal.
• PO Issuance: Update POs with PMO approval for internal service, rentals, counter sales, subcontractors, CCRs; attach all supporting documentation to SharePoint.
• Receivers: Receive and store items in the PO folders.
• Office Supplies: Fulfill requests as they come in.
