Our core strength is the ability to supply high or low volume, with a wide range of tooling and component prepreg materials throughout America and around the world.Purpose and Person SpecificationThe purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive and proactive purchase ledger maintenance and responsibility for accurate and timely administration of production paperwork.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase LedgerReceiving and saving purchase invoices Posting purchase invoices to ERP systemMaintaining purchase payments and paid invoice spreadsheetsSaving paid purchase invoicesPrinting and reconciling supplier statements, chasing missing invoicesMaintaining and posting credit card paymentsScanning credit card statements and reconciling receiptsSetting up of new suppliersTrack and manage 1099 contractors for year-end tax filingsCollect and distribute incoming mail Providing administrative support to the Finance function including scanning and data analysis using ExcelMaintenance and upkeep of Asset registerAdherence to company Health and Safety procedures, and AS9100 procedures. Production Administrator These job tasks will be on an “as needed” basis to provide backup to this function as needed.
