Reports To: Post-Closing Acquisitions Manager/Director of Acquisitions

Salary Range: $45K to $50K per year
Summary: To accurately review loan files and pay histories to establish correct Unpaid Principal Balances, Escrows, etc. for the purchase of loans from Correspondent Clients.
- Duties And Responsibilities
- Review Pay History and loan documentation to accurately compute Purchase Advice and wires for Correspondent Channel.
- Track Pipeline for new loans through wire completion to ensure wires are ordered accurately and compliantly.
- Work with warehouses on loans requiring additional documentation to wire or wire exception requests.
- Work with Correspondent Clients regarding wire questions or concerns.
- Work with Correspondent Clients and secondary Team for pricing reconciliation.
