Punching Operator – Monday – Thursday, 6:30am – 5:00pm

About the role

As a Hot Punch Operator, you'll be part of our Stanley Black & Decker team located in East Longmeadow, MA. You'll be responsible for operating multiple pieces of equipment including a horizontal furnace, butt welder, and punch press. You'll work as part of a team to identify quality and production goals, participate in safety initiatives, and meet customer quality and production needs.

Requirements

• Good time management skills.
• Strong understanding of 5S and TPM.
• Hands-on with equipment troubleshooting and process improvements.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Pay Range: $20.04 - $22.09 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 6:30am - 5:00pm (Must be willing to train on night shift)
