About the role
We are seeking Punch Press Operators to join a growing metal fabrication company.
Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and maintain transfer line, coil-fed, and stamping presses from 150 to 800 tons.
- Work from internal and customer drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, and functional gages.
- Ensure efficient production while collaborating with engineering on prototypes.
- Complete accurate shop paperwork and maintain 6S standards daily.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and use of measuring tools.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and achieving production goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dependability and good attendance.
Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate tact and discretion with company and customer information.
This is a full-time role with shifts available and a shift differential for the second shift.
Work is performed in a fully air-conditioned facility.
