Punch Out Superintendent

Burgess Civil, LLC is seeking an experienced Punch Out Superintendent to join our growing team. We are looking for a hands-on construction professional with strong punch-out experience who can take ownership of completing projects, coordinating crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of punch-out experience preferredStrong background in civil constructionProven experience managing and completing punch-out work on construction projectsAbility to identify deficiencies, develop a plan for completion, and ensure items are addressed properlyStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, plans, and specificationsAbility to read and understand construction plans and project documentsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to coordinate and manage subcontractors and field crewsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and effectively manage multiple prioritiesValid driver's license and reliable transportation Responsibilities Oversee and manage all punch-out activities through project completionWalk projects and identify outstanding work, deficiencies, and quality issuesCoordinate with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and field crews to complete punch-list itemsEnsure punch-out work is completed correctly, efficiently, and within project deadlinesMonitor jobsite safety and maintain a clean and organized work environmentReview plans and specifications to ensure work meets project requirementsCommunicate project status and outstanding items to managementAssist with final inspections, closeout activities, and project turnoverHelp ensure projects are completed to Burgess Civil's standards for quality and workmanship Pay: Based on Experience Benefits 401(k) matchingEmployee assistance programLife insuranceReferral programRetirement plan Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced Punch Out Foreman or Superintendent who knows what it takes to get a project across the finish line. We are also open to an experienced Punch Out Foreman who is ready to take the next step into a Superintendent role, particularly someone with a strong team and field relationships.
