Pump Mechanic
About the role
The Pump Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of pumps in industrial settings. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair pump malfunctions
- Perform preventive maintenance on pumps and related machinery
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
