Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Operate and manage pump equipment
- Perform routine maintenance checks
- Ability to problem solve and issue prompt responses
- Supervise staff
- Handle customer inquiries for pump work
- Maintain crew schedules, review time sheets, perform employee reviews
- Maintain detailed records-daily work, vehicle and safety reports
- Communicate effectively with management, crews and customers
- Installation and removal of line shaft and submersible turbine water well pumps
- Perform pump work in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 or more years’ experience in the industry
- Experience in all phases of commercial, industrial and municipal well work including turbine and submersible pump work/well rehabilitation
- Welding, electrical and construction knowledge and experience are helpful
- Experience with Microsoft office programs
- Must have good driving record
- CDL preferred
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
