About the Role
Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and caring board-certified/board-eligible Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to join our team as a hybrid pulmonologist and intensivist for day shifts.
Opportunity Highlights
- Work alongside an experienced team of Critical Care physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Flexible work schedule allowing for blocked time off
- Hybrid pulmonologist and intensivist role with eight-hour days, split between inpatient and outpatient settings
- 6-bed critical care unit
- Regular bronchoscopies
Responsibilities & Duties
- Admissions, rounding, and discharge rotation
- Day shift, combination of clinic and inpatient work
- Inpatient week: 5-day work week with 8-hour shifts
- Clinic week: 4-day work week with 9-hour shifts (includes 4 hours of documentation time)
Qualifications
- Board-certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
