Pulmonary / Sleep Physician

Seeking a Full-Time Pulmonary Physician to join an expanding team, providing inpatient and outpatient care with a focus on high-acuity ICU cases. Responsibilities include: managing patients in a Level 2 ICU, handling diagnoses such as post-op general surgery, mechanical ventilation, sepsis, substance abuse/withdrawal, and DKA, collaborating with a multidisciplinary hospitalist team, and contributing to a hospital with an open ICU. Qualifications: MD/DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Pulmonology, fellowship-trained, eligible for Illinois medical licensure, with strong clinical expertise in ICU settings and teamwork skills. Compensation & Benefits: $450,000-$500,000 salary, sign-on bonuses, student loan repayment, PSLF eligibility, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, relocation support, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, parental and caregiver leave, and dedicated physician liaison.
