About the role

Seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Physician for an outpatient-focused role in a multispecialty clinic connected to a hospital. The practice is supported by a hospital offering private inpatient and ICU suites, advanced surgical and diagnostic services, and 24/7 emergency care. The community is a welcoming suburb with excellent amenities, close to Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Provide pulmonary and sleep medicine care including PFTs, methacholine testing, NIOX, 6‑minute walk tests, and sleep study interpretation.
• Perform bronchoscopy based on physician interest.
• Support a referral base from primary care and specialists.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and Breeze for diagnostics.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Completion of a Pulmonary or Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship.
• Completion of an Internal Medicine residency.

• Sleep Medicine experience or training preferred.

Pay

Salary range of $420,000‑$520,000 with productivity and quality incentives.
