Pulmonary Services Lead - Respiratory Therapy - Night

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical services to assigned patient care area.
• Serves as primary care provider in emergency/trauma areas.
• Introduces and demonstrates new techniques, procedures, protocols, equipment and research findings to the staff.
• Makes sure clinical performance indicators are being monitored.
• Acts or recommends action to improve performance in deficient areas.
• Completes a minimum of one (1) A3 Lean Process Improvement Project annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Associates Degree Required.
• Work Experience: 3 years Relevant experience. Required Supervisory experience.
