The Pulmonary/Critical Care/Sleep Division at Piedmont Healthcare is seeking board certified (or board eligible) physicians in pulmonary & critical care medicine, as well as those in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep.

About the Role

Piedmont Healthcare's Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine is dedicated to developing nationally recognized practices that integrate quality patient care, education, research, and professional development. The team works collaboratively to develop long-term treatment programs and respond to medical needs in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term treatment programs for patients with complex lung conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including pulmonologists and advanced practice providers
• Participate in ongoing research to improve therapies
• Provide critical care services 24/7 in the hospital and emergency department
• Offer state-of-the-art bronchoscopy procedures and therapeutic/diagnostic procedures
• Assess, diagnose, and treat various sleep disorders
• Provide CPAP troubleshooting and equipment support
• Support evidence-based practices that drive innovation and compassionate care

Requirements

• MD or DO Medical Degree
• Board certified (or board eligible) in pulmonary & critical care or board certified (or board eligible) in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in the State of Georgia
• Residency and Fellowship trained
