About the role

Endeavor Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join their growing, physician-led multidisciplinary team.

What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to a diverse patient population.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.
• Full-spectrum Pulmonary and Critical Care practice.
• Mix of outpatient pulmonary medicine, inpatient pulmonary consults, and ICU coverage.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with thoracic surgery, oncology, infectious disease, cardiology, and sleep medicine.
• Advanced bronchoscopy and procedural opportunities available.
• State-of-the-art ICUs and pulmonary diagnostic facilities.
• Dedicated APP support.
• Opportunities for teaching, research, and leadership based on interest.

What You Will Need

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

Competitive compensation: $288,941 (10th percentile) to $511,902 (75th percentile) based on years of experience.
