Position Highlights – Join our team of 20+ pulmonary & critical care physicians and 2 APPs at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield MA. Baystate Medical Center is our 716-bed academic campus and region’s only level 1 trauma center. Enjoy a combination of clinical care and teaching with faculty appointment to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. Teach pulmonary & critical care fellows, residents and medical students. Work collaboratively within our growing department of Pulmonary and Critical Care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Clinical research-oriented division with years of extramural support. Opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration in the fields of medical, surgical, and neuro-critical healthcare delivery and outcomes. Medical education research is also available in collaboration with UMMS. Clinical investigation is active in thematic areas of distinctive research including ARDS, sepsis and hemodynamic evaluation.
