Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of DEQ regulatory compliance
- Management of assets
- Operations programs including redundancy and adequate flow provision
- Personnel related to the Town's water system including wells, pumps, storage tanks, treatment, distribution lines, construction inspection, right of way excavation, meter reading and utility location
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience with 2 of those years in a progressively responsible supervisory/management capacity
- BS with coursework in engineering, business management or closely related field
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
- Computer/SCADA/MS Office package skills
- Strong values orientation
- Local government experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
