Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout each trip.
• Assist passengers as needed and ensure a positive ride experience.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow traffic laws and all safety procedures while driving.
• Use the driver app to receive trips and navigate assigned routes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate with operations teams to coordinate trip-related updates.
